Grief doesn’t always give you a warning.
Sometimes it’s a song, a smell, a memory, a date, or something you can’t even explain, that suddenly brings everything rushing back. 💗
When that happens, you don’t have to push the feeling away or force yourself to keep going as planned. Give yourself permission to slow down and meet yourself where you are.
And remember: a hard grief day does not erase the healing you’ve already done. You are not back at the beginning.

A chance to correct someone’s grammar? Apparently, also yes. 😅
Because when an English teacher becomes a priest, you may get comfort, prayer… and an unexpected grammar lesson. Some habits just follow you everywhere. 😂
