St. Louis Knights Hockey Club

With the HNA Knights winning the C3B Division and taking second in the HNA Championships in Toronto in July, we're having some fun passing around our HNA 'Cups' for each player to have their "...Day with the Cup!"

Our first player with the HNA St. Louis Championship Cup is one of the 1997 Founders of the St. Louis Knights, Shawn Bogener! Shawn helped keep us all organized and dealt with all the B.S. that goes along with being team captain for the first several years of the Knights existence.

Shawn had one goal and four assist for the HNA Knights and also plays for the 'Sunday Knights' team. He's always been willing to step up and fill in for any needed position and is a supportive and valued teammate!

Shawn, here's your 'Day with the Cup!'

The St. Louis Knights Hockey Club got together Saturday, August 1st to celebrate the (work) retirement of longtime goaltender D.J. 'Fisch' Fischer. Donnie Hulke flew in from North Carolina with his lovely better half, and eleven OG Knights showed up to toast Fisch and celebrate good times and hockey friendships.

Some pictures from the Hockey North America Championship Tournament in Toronto, Ontario! The Knights went 4 wins, 1 loss to finish as the runner-up in Division 9. Way to go, Knights!

The Knights faced a very tough Vancouver, B.C. Stonecutter club in the Championship Game. The boys fought hard, but were defeated by good Canadian team, 6-0.

Very proud of this bunch of guys who made the trip!
