Register for the Southern Illinois Regional Training Center Fall Session 2026 🍂🤼‍♂️

Join SIRTC this fall for a high level training experience along side NCAA D1 athletes and coaches. The SIRTC provides sessions that are designed to help our members prepare for the upcoming season with technique, conditioning, and mental training.

Fall sessions will be every Wednesday and Saturday starting August 29th - September 26th. Wednesday at 4:00 PM, Saturdays at 10:00 AM.
