We need every St. Charles County F3er tomorrow. If you’ve never been to a convergence style beatdown, it’s something special. Great way to get that friend you’ve been bugging about F3 to join too!
ATTENTION MEN- Mark your calendars. We need every single one of you to support this vital cause. Show up to The Covering House Convergence, Saturday September 12. This will be the most important beatdown you go to. Don’t miss this epic convergence while we stand shoulder to shoulder to help combat the evil and despicable actions that happen right in our community.

If you’re not familiar with The Covering House they help recover and provide support to victims of human trafficking from right in our own community.

Since 2020, the men of F3 Gateway in St. Louis have made it their mission to push back the darkness of human trafficking. What started as a virtual 5K turned into a unique weeklong event logging miles together... running, cycling, rucking, walking... whatever.
In our first six years, 4,527 participants have logged 119,807 miles together, and raised more than $742,000 to help underage survivors at The Covering House.

Seriously, just give it a try. The hardest one is that first one. You don’t know anyone, not sure what to expect, think everyone else is going to be more fit and judge you, what if I can’t do it, yada yada.
Then you show up and find a welcoming group of normal guys, fathers, grandfathers, college students, busy professionals, retired guys, your neighbors all focused on just being a better version of themselves.
