The goal of Sweatfest Dirt 66 Trail Run is to raise money for TrailSpring and to have a fun OMRR trail race. This year, the signup numbers are very low. We tried to pick a date without conflict, which is about impossible in the summer. With the expense of having a timed run, with awards and swag, the race will certainly be a loss.
We have decided to make Sweatfest a free race, with no timing, awards, or swag. We will still recognize the winners of each race, but the glory of winning will be your reward. Runners will have the option to donate to Trailspring, and it is totally optional. For those who have already signed up and paid, you can have a refund or have your payment be donated to Trailspring.
Since our summer weekends are already so full, we will have our OMRR Annual Picnic after the race at 12:30. Lunch will be provided for members and their immediate family. Non-members can eat for $10, or they can join OMRR for $20. If you have another race that morning, we hope you will still come join in the Annual Picnic.
We will have games for the kids, door prizes, and we will have newly designed OMRR shirts available for purchase.
Don’t forget, Sweatfest is the kickoff Bass Pro training run for Dogwood!

Finally got the discount emails sent to the OMRR Members Only for Sweatfest. It's going to be a fun race! If you are not a member you can still join and get the discount for this race and all of our others.

Good morning everyone!! Registration is finally open and we've added a 15K to go with the 5K and 25K options.

If you're an OMRR Members Only watch your email later this afternoon for your discount information. If you are not a member you can still join to get the race discount. Just go to our website https://www.ozarkmountainridgerunners.org/membership
We will pull the current list mid-afternoon to send the emails out.

This will be a fun race on a beautiful trail at Fellows Lake Recreation & Marina
