🥁 NEW PROGRAM ALERT! 🥁

We’re excited to partner with Root Sounds Productions to bring a new African Drum Course to the Springfield Community Center!

Led by master drummer and instructor Paulin Lukombo Sinu, this six-week course will introduce participants to the rhythms and traditions of Central African drumming while building rhythm, listening skills, and musical expression. No prior experience is necessary!

📅 Tuesdays, September 15 – October 20
📍 Springfield Community Center

Youth | Ages 9–14
4:00–5:00 PM

Adults | Ages 15+
5:00–6:00 PM

💲 $100 for all six weeks or $20 per class drop-in

Special thanks to everyone who made the back to school bash a blast this past Friday! From volunteers to vendors to everyone who showed up and participated in the event, we’re extremely thankful for you!

A big thank you to the Springfield High School Boys Soccer team for spending part of their Saturday giving back at Riverside Park! ⚽️👏

The team did a great job helping us tackle a few projects around the park. Coach Graham and the other coaches definitely have a hardworking group this year!

We really appreciate the help and all the work the boys put in. Thanks again, guys!
