Position: Golf Shop Associate / Club Builder / Club Fitter

Are you passionate about golf and enjoy helping players improve their game? Grips Golf is looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to join our growing shop. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced golf retail environment while learning and developing skills in club building and professional club fitting.

Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
* Perform golf club repairs, regripping, and custom club building
* Conduct or assist with club fittings using launch monitor technology
* Receive and organize inventory
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
* Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
* Support daily shop operations and special events

Qualifications:

* Passion for the game of golf
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work with your hands
* Willingness to learn club building and fitting techniques (experience is a plus but not required)
* Ability to work weekends and some evenings
* Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

Preferred Experience:

* Golf retail experience
* Club repair or club building knowledge
* Experience with launch monitors or club fitting
* Familiarity with major golf equipment brands
