**time change** books will open at 3pm and we will start at 4 so we don’t run into midnight again.

The final playday of this summer's series is happening this weekend! We will start at 4pm and books will open at 3pm.

We highly encourage you to pre-enter. Pre-entries will close at noon on the 19th to give us time to get them into the spreadsheet. If you do not get pre-entered in time, that is okay, we will still have paper forms to fill out up in the crows nest, but please note, you will also need to fill out a waiver while entering up in the crows nest if you don't pre-enter.

**Just a reminder, you must attend 3 out of the 4 events to be eligible for year end prizes. We will begin planning the awards banquet following this weekend's event.**

We hope to see you all there to close out the 2026 Series!

A topic of discussion that requires clarification is what qualifies a time for goat tying. While we try extra hard NOT to be super stringent as we want kids to learn with grace...but there are some things that must be done in order for the kids to learn correctly. Therefore, Using a pre-tied string or any device that removes the requirement of physically wrapping and knotting the string during the goat tie run will result in a no time. We really want to stress completing events as close to rodeo rules as possible while still allowing room to learn and grow.

Again, this is not the Jr NFR and we do not want a bunch of rule squabbling....we are there to allow the kids to have fun and guide them toward a more competitive venue. But laying a solid ground to launch from is also important

We are not sure if the ground will be worked or not for today's event! There has been some unfortunate mishaps taken place to the tractor that is typically used. Be prepared to adjust to an unworked ground.
