We excited to announce that Job Greenwood is joining the G1 Team as our Head Youth and Development Coach!

Job joins the G1 coaching staff with a strong background in high-level wrestling competition, athlete development, and Christ-centered leadership. Originally from Colorado, Job grew up in his family’s wrestling club, GRIT Athletics, where his passion for the sport was developed from an early age. During high school, he earned the opportunity to spend his senior year training at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as part of the Elite Accelerator Program (EAP).

Job continued his wrestling career at the University of Wyoming, where he was a three-year starter and Big 12 placer. His accomplishments on the national stage also include becoming a U23 Greco World Team Trials Champion and a Senior U.S. Open Greco All-American.

Following graduation, Job transitioned directly into coaching and has invested in athletes at several respected programs, including Stillwater High School, Cowboy Kids Wrestling Club, and GRIT Athletics. His experience developing wrestlers at both the youth and high school levels has equipped him with a passion for helping athletes maximize their potential on and off the mat.

Job and his wife, Jayla, along with their daughter, Keziah, are excited to become part of the G1 Family. As a Christian, Job views coaching as an opportunity to impact lives for Christ through the sport of wrestling. His desire is to humbly serve each athlete while instilling the core values of G1—Faith, Family, Fellowship, and Full effort.

📣Check back soon for summer and fall training opportunities!

More than a facility—this is where faith meets full effort.
At G1 Training Center, we’re building champions on and off the mat by putting God first, pursuing excellence, and walking in fellowship with one another.

Wrestling is our sport, but character is our calling.
Faith. Family. Fellowship. Full Effort.
Let’s rise together.
