“I’m thrilled to be joining Har-Ber. With over 20 years of experience in multiple areas of cheer, I’m passionate about building strong relationships, developing athletes’ skills, and creating a culture of excellence both on and off the mat. Most recently, I served at Fayetteville High School, where I helped lead the program to four consecutive top 3 finishes, including a 6A All-Girl State Runner-Up title in 2023 and a 6A All-Girl State Championship in 2025. I’m excited to build on the tradition at Har-Ber while helping athletes grow in confidence, discipline, and team pride.”

We are excited for the leadership, energy, and experience Coach Ratchford brings to the Wildcats program as we look ahead to an exciting new season.
