HBHS Softball

Another great week of workouts in the books! Morning weights, sprint and distance work, and afternoon softball practice!!

Started off our week going to support Coach Buttram and Central Volleyball! Go cats!!

This fall we are starting pitching & catching clinics for our Springdale youth!!!! Sign up using the QR code!!

Dates: September 15th, September 29th, October 10th, November 13th, December 1st

Time: 5:30-6:30pm

Cost: $10 per athlete (cash or check)
