Sometimes you just got to indulge in the simplest things. Today I went out on Beaver Lake and caught easily 50+ blue gill and sunfish in the matter of an hour. Fun times on 3 and 4 weight rods!

Well the morning bite was absolute garbage… But my afternoon clients, all brand new to fly fishing, caught fish today after learning the ins and outs of the sport! We were catching fish about every 5-15mins. Had a double hooked up, unfortunately I couldn’t be in two places at once and didn’t get one landed. Had several conservation releases, lol! Good day!
