We offer gym memberships, SilverSneakers, corporate wellness and nutrition support. Welcome to the G.A.C. Fitness and Sports Performance Center. G.A.C. Fitness is veteran owned and opened in 2015 by Chico and Rebecca Grajeda. Both owners have a medical background and multiple certifications within the wellness and fitness industry. Chico specializes in sports performance and Rebecca in older adult/senior fitness. We train ages 7 and up. Younger athletes train in our group settings or team programs. We offer private training, return to play, recovery and nutrition services. Ask about our hitting/pitching lessons taught by Wendell Hutchison.

A few weeks ago a new athlete asked why so many athletes train at GAC Fitness and Sports Performance Center 🏋🏽‍♂️🏃‍♀️💨
1. Our athletes are State Champions or Finalists🏆 🥇
2. Our Pro Athletes continue to perform in Europe 🤌🏾
3. Our National Team Athletes compete at the World Stage 🙌🏾
4. Our Freshmen Athletes make the Varsity Team 😮‍💨
5. Our athletes become Team Captains 🫡💪🏾
6. Our athletes compete at the Collegiate level & 💃 Dance at the NCAA Tournament 👊🏾🔥

Knees bothering you? Grab a thick band and attach to something sturdy. Slide a foot in each side. It’s small movement, but the gains are big. Activate the quads and decrease joint stiffness.
