Thank you to Lexi🌸 for starting off our birthday week with a Hip Hop Flow Friday night! Stefanie | The Ruby Leo took us through a traditional 108 Flow yesterday…haha forgive our blurriness, we were flowing and sweating and it honestly felt like this for a bit, and today we did a Dye-ing for yoga class w/ Krystah Smith . We look forward to welcoming you for the rest of our. Birthday classes! We’ve got these on deck:

Records Flow on Thursday- take it old school and listen to records as we flow)

My favorite part? The chatter as we enter and leave the practice. People of all walks of life coming together for the practice of yoga and leaving with a moment of human connection in the community we are building here. We are most grateful for that. Namaste friends. Until we meet on the mat again, go forth and give some good back to the world today.
