Join us for a special Stretch & Strength Pop-Up Class designed to help dancers build stronger, more supported movement while increasing flexibility and improving alignment. Ms Danielle Bellinzoni’s class will incorporate resistance bands, yoga blocks, and therapy balls to help dancers deepen body awareness, activate key muscle groups, and safely expand range of motion. Using elements of Progressive Ballet Technique and Pilates-based strength training, dancers will focus on building the strength, stability, and alignment needed for healthy technique.

Class focus includes:
Improving alignment and posture, building functional strength for dance, increasing flexibility with control, supporting turnout, extensions, and core stability, developing body awareness through guided conditioning.

This class is perfect for dancers looking to feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected in their movement. Dancers should bring yoga blocks, Thera bands and a ball if they have them. The studio has a limited quantity. Register soon on our parent portal as spots are limited!

As we approach their final recital weekend, we want to take this opportunity to celebrate The PAC Dance Company’s graduating seniors! These dancers are such a special part of our studio family, and while we will miss them greatly, we are beyond proud of all they have accomplished.
