Happy Sunday! Here's a recap of our orange, green, and yellow belt testing. Not only did we show our competitive side and maintain everlasting friendships, but we were also blessed to enjoy the milestone with our families! Congratulations everyone!

Here's to a strong starting line! We were testing for the white belt, and we were so eager to learn. We focused on establishing a foundation of movements, posture, and pure mentality. Plus, it was a treat to have Sultan, one of our experienced students, provide amazing assistance and guidance. Congrats!!

Koi Fish (3-4 years old) belt testing in action! They are full of energy, spunkiness and bravery. They are not afraid to show their enthusiasm either, yet they can focus too and show off their skills on what they have learned. Congratulations to the Koi Fish class!

Few weeks ago, we had the privilege to be part of a back-to-school event at an apartment community. Since then, we welcomed Gadiel to try our class and see the fun and excitement of MMA! We are so happy to provide lasting first impressions, and we hope to see him soon again!!

What a bittersweet day last week as we said our goodbyes for now to Coach André! He achieved school here in the States and will be going back to Mexico to extend his coaching there. He has been an integral team member here at the Dojo with his patience, kindness, and wisdom. We will miss him very much and wish him the best on his next chapter!

Let's welcome home to our amazing fighters! Whether they were in the ring or not, them traveling overseas to Thailand, meeting new folks, experiencing culture, navigating in Thai, eating new cuisines, handling surprises, overcoming challenges, achieving professional/personal goals and bouncing back, we know they wouldn't be able this strong if it weren't the immense love, care and support back in the States. WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER DRAGONS!!! 🐉🐉🐉

HOD coaches go to Thailand to compete! We may be far away but we feel so close to Houston with all the love and support from you. We appreciate you and your positivity help us immensely.
