We are a Boxing and Fitness Gym located between the Spring and Woodlands area in North Houston, Texas. Yes, we do train those looking to compete, whether on the amateur or professional level, but we are here to help anyone with their fitness and wellness journey. We offer a variety of services including complimentary classes, one-on-one and group personal training, boot camps, and nutritional counseling. All levels and ages 7&Up are welcomed. FIRST TIME VISIT IS FREE.

Another year of the Gulf Coast National Tourney hosted in Houston, TX by houstonboxinggym . Big thank you to all the officials and referees for the Gulf LBC Boxing for all their hard work and time 🔥 We entered with 6 Fighters and Finishing with an Overall Record of 7-4 and leaving with 2 Champions of their Divisions and 2 Runner-Ups. Kemuel Martinez Junior 110lbs 🏆 Elijah Ruiz Junior 132lbs 🏆 won their divisions and Mario Duque Youth 121lbs 🥈 and Gary Aguilar Elite 121lbs 🥈 finished Runner-Ups in their respected divisions 🥊 More Fights to come this month 🔥

Big Time Congratulations to as the team went into the Opponent’s backyard in Japan on Saturday June 6th 🇯🇵 with the IBF Bantamweight Eliminator (118lbs) on the line with the winner receiving #1 Contender Status and earning the right for a world title shot next. With that, we earned the Split Decision 12 Round Victory 🔥 against a game opponent from the Philippines 🇵🇭 As improves his record to 15-0(8KOs) with the #1 Contender Ranking in the IBF 🥊 Thank You to everyone that has supported this journey and we can’t wait to get more news and what’s next 👊🏽 … Stay tuned 👀👀

An action filled weekend for the gym with two fighters bringing home Wins with great performances down in Galveston, TX hosted by . came home with an 8 Round Decision win improving his record to 36-4 in his Professional Career after coming off a 2 Year layoff 🔥 Thank You to Coach Lopez from for the help in the corner 🥊 Also, on the same card got a 4th Round TKO against a veteran opponent of over 40 Professional Fights to improve his record to 7-0(3KOs)🔥 Big time thank you to Coach Brown for the help in the corner as well as our very own Coach Jesse leading the way for the corners for the victories 🥊 Thank You to everyone that showed up to the fights or caught the stream.
