Trainer Tip Tuesday: GHR edition
Key take aways
🔑keep arms/hands at a 45° angle or press elbows into the ground to ensure the wheels do not roll over your fingers.
🔑Drive hips up when curling heels into the glutes-lowering your hips as you extend to engage core. (Never fully dropping your hips to the ground!)
🔑Cue: Heels to glutes through each rep.

This Base Phase is all about mastering movement, building consistency, and creating the strength you need for what’s ahead. Trust the process—the results come from the work you put in everyday.

Focus of this phase:
💪🏼Develop shoulder stability and control overhead.
💪🏼Improve balance and alignment in lunges.
💪🏼Learn sprint mechanics (posture, stride, arm drive)
💪🏼Build aerobic base
