Fall Season Schedule Update:

Please note the following changes to our Fall schedule:

All practices will now begin Monday, September 21st.

Opening Day will now be Saturday, October 3rd.

We are continuing to work through the process to ensure Shady Hills Little League is in compliance with the State of Florida and Little League requirements. We know everyone is ready to get back on the fields, and we are just as eager to get the season started!

Attention Shady Hills Families!

This Tuesday’s “Meet the Coach” will now be UNIFORM SIZING ONLY..

Please arrive during your division’s scheduled time:

T-Ball — 6:00 PM
Rookies — 6:30 PM
Minors — 7:00 PM
Majors & 50/70 — 7:30 PM
Juniors & Seniors — 8:00 PM

As of July 1, Florida law requires youth sports coaches and other adults who have direct contact with players to complete a Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting. The background checks already required through Little League do not meet this additional state requirement.

Our volunteers are working hard to complete the fingerprinting and clearance process as quickly as possible. Practices cannot begin until those requirements are completed.

We are currently planning for practices to begin September 14. This delay will NOT shorten our season.

We know our players, coaches, and families are ready to get back on the fields, and we are too! Thank you for your patience and understanding while we finish this process and ensure Shady Hills Little League remains compliant and ready for a great season.

Evaluations are at 9:00 AM & 10:30 AM.

Tonight’s evaluations begin at 6:30 PM for:

⚾ Minor Baseball — Meares Field
⚾ 50/70 Baseball — Freds Field
🥎 Junior Softball — Kondek Field
🥎 Minor Softball — Reworld Field
⚾ Senior Baseball — Shady Hills Mission Chapel Field

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN REMINDER:
Before heading to your evaluation field, ALL players must check in at the meeting room next to the concession stand to receive their evaluation number.

Please check in FIRST, then head to your assigned field.
