Based on the events that were happening in our community earlier this month, we didn’t get a chance to highlight all those who achieved new heights in July.
Swipe to see members of the collective that hit huge milestones in July🤍

Meet Carly Gannon. 🤍
From day one, Carly has been committed to challenging herself—and 75 classes later, she’s still discovering just how strong she’s capable of becoming.
Whether she’s locking in through the shakes (and trying not to swear 😅) or cheering on the people around her, Carly is a reminder that progress comes from showing up, one class at a time.
We’re so grateful you’re part of The Lagree Collective, Carly. Thank you for bringing your strength, positivity, and energy to our community.

Meet Taylor Keeton. 🤍
From taking a chance on a brand-new studio to 135 classes later, Taylor has become such a special part of The Lagree Collective community.
Her consistency, positive energy, and commitment to showing up for herself are what “Meet the Collective” is all about.
We’re so grateful you’re part of TLC, Taylor. Thanks for making our community stronger—both on and off the Mega.
Say hi to Taylor next time you see her in the studio!

The Lagree Collective has never been just about the workout.
It’s about the people.
This month, we’re introducing you to the familiar faces who make our studio feel like home. You’ll hear their stories, learn what brought them to TLC, and discover what keeps them coming back.
Because community is at the heart of everything we do.
Welcome to Meet the Collective. 🤍

TLC Family,
Over the past week, we’ve watched our Spokane community experience unimaginable loss. We knew we wanted to find a way for our TLC community to come together and directly support a family whose life has been turned upside down.
Today, we want to introduce you to the Barikzai family. 🤍
Frozan and her husband, Idrees, have three children: Mustafa (10), Ebrahim (8), and Hawa (5). Their family was in Germany visiting relatives when the fire swept through their Spokane neighborhood. From thousands of miles away, they received the devastating news that the home they had built together was gone.
Their home, cars, clothing, furniture, their children’s belongings, and so many irreplaceable pieces of their life were lost.
They’ll return to Spokane on August 20 with only what they packed for their trip — and the overwhelming task of starting over.
With Frozan’s permission, we’re sharing their story and asking our TLC community to rally around them.
🤍 HOW YOU CAN HELP: LINKS IN BIO
• GoFundMe: A fundraiser has been created to help the family begin rebuilding.
• Amazon Wish List: We’re working with Frozan to create a list of clothing, shoes, bedding, toiletries, school supplies, kitchen items, and other essentials. We’ll share it as soon as it’s ready.
• Gift Cards: Costco, Target, Walmart, JCPenney, Kohl’s, and local grocery stores were specifically mentioned as helpful. Physical gift cards can be dropped off at the studio, and we’ll make sure they get directly to the family.
• Share their story: Even simply sharing this post can help.
There is no expectation to give, and no amount is too small. Whether you donate, purchase something from their wish list, drop off a gift card, or simply share their story — every bit of support matters.
We can’t replace what the Barikzai family lost, but together, we can help make August 20 and the weeks that follow feel a little less overwhelming.
Most importantly, we can remind them that they are not alone.
Thank you, TLC family, for always showing us what community looks like when we come together. 🤍
With love,
Shelby, Zach & Emily

During times like these, community matters more than ever.
If you are part of our TLC family and have been displaced by the recent fires, we’d love to help in a small way.
We’ve set aside a selection of TLC apparel—including T-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts, hats, and Lucky Honey (non-grip) socks—for anyone in our community who could use them.
You don’t need to be coming to class to receive anything. Simply stop by the studio during our regular business hours and take what you need.
If you know someone in the TLC family who has been affected, please share this post with them.
We’re thinking of everyone impacted and are sending so much love to our entire community🤍
