We provide energetic rhythm-based cycling, yoga, and strength classes at two prime locations. What is The Union? It's holding that pose until the beat drops.
Our mission is to create an inclusive, connected community so every member feels supported and encouraged wherever they are in their fitness journey. It's yoga with a soundtrack, it's spin with a light show. It's powering through, fueled by the encouragement of dozens of new friends. This may be the hardest thing you'll ever crave.
