Things that just make sense at Core Pilates & Wellness…
👇
Having a favorite Reformer.
Owning more grip socks than you probably need.
Shaking and somehow being proud of it. 😅
Hearing “one more” and knowing better.
Coming for the workout and staying to catch up with friends.
Laughing your way through the hard stuff.
And leaving class already thinking about when you can come back.
It’s Pilates, but it’s also our little community and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜

NEW CLASS ALERT! ✨ Recover + Flow, now on the schedule every Friday at 6:30am.
And before the name fools you... this is not your recovery day. You'll start with mobility work and stretching to improve flexibility, support joint health, and increase range of motion. Then you'll transition into a continuous, intentional flow designed to build strength, create some heat, and challenge your endurance. Depending on the day's focus, you may work on the Reformer, the Mat, or a little of both.
A quick note: This class is designed for students who already have Mat/Reformer experience and do not have any active injuries.
Come ready to move, sweat, stretch, and head into your Friday feeling challenged, energized, and hopefully moving a whole lot better than when you walked in. 💜
Fridays | 6:30am
Pilates isn’t just for women, and there’s definitely no age limit.
Pilates can help men build core strength, improve flexibility and mobility, work on balance, and keep their bodies moving well for all the things they want to keep doing outside the studio.
And that’s one of the great things about a private session. We can tailor the exercises, equipment, and level of challenge specifically to your body, your goals and where you are today.
You don’t have to be young, you don’t have to be flexible, and you definitely don’t have to already “know Pilates.” You just have to start.

Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement from someone you love to try something new. Tessa started Pilates about two years ago, thanks to a nudge from her niece, and now it’s something she looks forward to every week.
We love having you as part of our Core Pilates & Wellness community, Tessa! 💜
Pilates people know...
👍 Shaking usually means your muscles are working hard
🙌 Your stabilizers are kicking in
💪 You’re building strength, control and endurance
It’s not about pushing through pain, it’s about challenging your body in a safe, intentional way. So if you’re trembling during class, don’t worry. You’re in good company. Just keep breathing, everyone else is shaking too.
Sometimes the best part of Pilates isn’t the workout.
Progress in Pilates isn’t always measured by heavier springs or harder exercises. Sometimes it’s the little things your instructor notices before you do...
💜 Your shoulders stay relaxed without being reminded
💜 You move through transitions with more confidence
💜 Your balance is steadier
💜 Your breathing feels more natural
💜 You know exactly how to set up your Reformer
💜 The exercise that used to make you shake now feels just a little easier
Those small improvements may not seem exciting in the moment, but they’re proof that your body is getting stronger, more coordinated, and more aware with every class.
So if it feels like you’re not making progress, don’t be too hard on yourself. Chances are your instructor has already noticed it.
Behind every class is a lot of learning, practice, and continuing education. Here, Dana is leading our instructors through new exercises, progressions, and teaching techniques so they can continue bringing fresh ideas—and the safest, most effective movement—to every class they teach.
One of the things we value most at Core Pilates & Wellness is that our instructors are always students, too. They’re constantly learning, asking questions, refining their skills, and challenging themselves so they can better support you.
Because the more we learn, the better we can help you move, feel and live well.
