Designed especially with adults 55+ in mind—but all levels are welcome—Silver Swans is a wonderful way to enjoy ballet while building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and connection with others.

Our All Style Dance Intensive is designed for experienced dancers ages 10+ who are ready to train harder, grow stronger, and become more versatile performers.
Over four days you'll train in:

This intensive is built to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, technique, and performance quality—giving dancers the tools they need heading into the new season.

Ready to keep growing this summer? Our Jr. All Style Dance Intensives are designed for experienced dancers who want to continue building their technique, versatility, and performance skills before the fall season.
Each week, dancers will train in a variety of styles with classes that keep them challenged, inspired, and having fun!

Each intensive includes:
⭐ Two 55-minute dance classes each day
🥨 A 10-minute snack & bathroom break (please bring a healthy snack!)
🎉 A performance for family and friends during the last 15 minutes on Thursday
