This week we have TWO options for your run: you can choose to meet at Uprise for our normal run OR you can meet at Fleet Feet for their Summer Block Party Scavenger Hunt Run!

If you’re meeting us at Uprise, we will be running to Browne’s Addition so that we can run past the Fleet Feet Block Party.

We are looking to put together a Flying Irish team to compete in the BRRC Cross Country Series and we need YOU!

What is the BRRC Cross Country Series, you ask? Well, it is a series of timed meets put on by the Bloomsday Road Runners Club every fall where local run clubs can compete at "teams" for the glory of a traveling TROPHY.

There are three 5k races and one 12k race in the series, but you do not need to sign up for all of the events: as long as we have at least three members present per event we are eligible to compete, but at least 5 would be ideal, so the more the merrier!

The first meet is September 6th at Audubon Park. If you sign up for all four events, you are entitled to a $5 discount off of all four.

Inland Northwest Cross Country Invitational (INWXCI) The Inland Northwest Cross Country Invitational (INWXCI) is on Sunday August 23, 2026. It includes the following events: Women's 5K and Men's 5K.

It’s been some time since we’ve ran the Dazed and Confused route but with Spokane still being up in smoke we figured it might be suiting for this week. As always, use your best judgement - if the heat or the smoke is too much for you, there’s nothing wrong with modifying the route or skipping it entirely and coming just for the social interaction! 🍻

Also: Negative Split will be there for this week’s meet with information about their upcoming races and some swag.
