Great reminder!

Being present is a skill, not a mood. On court, give your attention a simple job: watch the ball, move with rhythm, hit to a smart target, then reset at the towel with a breath and a key phrase. Off court, train the same muscle. Five to ten minutes of slow breathing, and doing one thing at a time. Do the reps off court and it shows up when the match gets tight.
