Take care of yourself this season y’all. Mo-menting looks different for all of us.

Be ok with some things falling away.
You don’t need to over pour for it to be reciprocated.
Be ok with your 15 mins or 5 mins of working out if that’s all you have. Some is better than nothing.

We can’t be all things to all people, but we can be the best version of ourselves for ourselves and for those that matter and reciprocate. Mo-Menting can’t just be about the fitness; that’s just one small portion of this life we’ve been gifted with. Instead it’s about everything that moves us… the highs the lows, the wins and the loses and the hellos and goodbyes.

Continuing to create real moments and movements and build energy with people in good spaces is so very important. I hope you continue to stay present this month and know that you’re mo-menting when you can step back and say, “you know what, I can’t be at all the things that I’m being pulled to do, so I’m going to do what I can be more than good with that. “
