As Founder and Artistic Director of The Whaley Conservatory, Summyr Whaley believes the greatest privilege of teaching is helping young artists discover not only what they can achieve, but point them towards who they were created to be! She will be in the studio each week teaching and guiding dancers because she believes true education begins with connection first, trust, and a belief in every child’s potential. This incredible faculty of educators who share a commitment to excellence, artistry, and character is the backbone of this conservatory.
As a mother of three, Summyr wants dancers to feel challenged so they can trust their training while being encouraged and genuinely valued. TWC is a place where artists can pursue their biggest dreams while thriving with their faith, families, school, and friends. For her, this place is an opportunity to shape lives, inspire purpose, and develop young people.
