Hottest Day of the Year.
Burpees to Toes to Bar & Dino was not able to get his toes above his chest in round one. After some discussion, he reminded me that as a child, he did this on the playground regularly. Therefore, in round two, we drilled proper hip / shoulder placement...and then this happened: TOES to BAR.
Never Give Up. Regardless of the obstacles presented to you. Keep moving forward and embrace the discomfort. Success is on the other side. Go get it.
