Here’s a little tour of what’s coming to the new Praise Wellness: a heated room for yoga, barre, and Pilates, our main yoga room with a garage door we can open on beautiful days, a brand new fitness room, three esthetic rooms, and there’s still more to come. 🤍

Weekend Recap: Part 2 🤍

Congratulations to our newest Reiki Level One practitioners! ✨

This weekend, this group came together for an immersive Reiki One Certification with Lydia, learning the foundations of Reiki, exploring the chakra and energetic systems, practicing self-Reiki and working with others, grounding, energetic protection, meditation, intentional movement, and more.

The training also incorporated the Praise Wellness RYSH Method, Lydia’s unique integration of Reiki, Yoga, Sound Healing, and Inner Alignment, bringing multiple healing practices together throughout the experience.
Each participant received their Reiki Level One Attunement and officially walked away Reiki One certified!

We’re so proud of everyone who took this next step in their Reiki journey. Reiki 2, anyone? 👀🤍
