Not having any fun over here😂😊 These ladies are actually pretty tough and are learning a ton! Once you see them punch 🥊 you will see! As a coach I am very proud of all the strong women that train! They are doing a great job learning real life self defense skills, proven in battle for real life self defense situations 🙏🏾🥋👊🏽🫶🏽🥷
