SMFR recently completed its annual "Bootcamp," where alumni members who have continued in the fire service return to instruct training on various topics. In this year's bootcamp, topics included live fire training, vehicle extrication, engine company operations, and more!

For our 9th Month of Giving, we are excited to highlight St. Michael's College (SMC) Fire & Rescue! St. Michael's Fire & Rescue is one of the first college-affiliated fire departments in New England and responds to more than 2,400 calls annually. The St. Michael's Fire & Rescue team provides the same responsible, professional care you would receive from any ambulance service, as the students are both nationally and Vermont-certified Emergency Medical Technicians.
