Christina Liszewski sent these pictures of last night's sunset which are incredible and looks like angel wings watching over South Bend Motor Speedway .

In her words-
It was something I thought was so amazing and so special to because when I was a younger I was out at the speedway all the time I moved away for like 20 yrs but last night was the night when I heard about it being the showdown I made sure I came . My mom and dad I'm sure you know them Judy and Rick Boal always had me and my brother Rich out there . Mom passed away in 1997 . I really believe that was a sign of my mom . And also al the other angel wings represented all of the race car drivers their family members the workers etc . I felt that last night when I saw them it was such an awesome feeling . I just felt I needed to share this with someone and would love to share it with the south bend motor speedway page and people .

6-12 $5
5 and under free.

Huge thank you to the teams and drivers that came out to practice tonight! Saw some familiar faces and some new faces that will tackle the high banks tomorrow at the Showdown! 70 plus cars in the pits and more will arrive tomorrow. Come on out and make new memories at an old favorite 🏁
