St Pat's 24 Hour

St Pat's 24 Hour St Pat's 24 Hour race is a 24 Hour, 12 Hour, or 6 Hour fixed time event held at the beautiful St. Pat’s County Park in South Bend, Indiana. Patrick's Park.

24 Hour Trail run in South Bend, IN, on the trails of St. Trails wind along the St. Joseph River. Purpose is to introduce the ultra marathoning community to the beautiful trails and county/state parks of South Bend, IN. Most importantly, to thank and acknowledge Faye Magneson for her dedication to her family and patients and to thank her for the love and care she gave to my dad and family. Faye is living with ALS, all proceeds of this event go to ALS Research.

Friends! We are so excited to show you Bill’s completed quilt! It looks fantastic on the beautiful quilt rack donated by Russ and his late wife Debbie.

Bill quilted this masterpiece specifically to donate to the St. Pat’s 24 Hour Race - knowing that all the proceeds from the raffle are donated to ALS research.

And Russ just shared with me today that the quilt rack belonged to his mom. Russ and Debbie agreed that donating it to ALS research was the perfect way to honor Russ’s mom.

How can you have a chance to win the quilt and the quilt rack?

Simply buy one raffle ticket for $5.00 or three raffle tickets for $10.00. The raffle tickets will be sold Friday evening at the big red barn and all day Saturday as well. The winner will be announced Sunday morning at the completion of the 24 hour race. It is not necessary for you to be present to win. We will find a way to get the quilt and rack to you 😀

Make sure you place the following Saturdays on your calendar 😀

August 29th
September 19th
October 3rd

Plan on meeting at 10:15 am at the Fischgrund Pavilion (the park opens at 10 AM). Park in the “Big Red Barn” lot.

BYOS (Bring Your Own Snacks - and electrolytes!)

The course will be marked (but not quite as thoroughly as it will be for race date!) Someone from the St. Joe Happy Running Events Team will be at the park until 1:00 PM. You’re free to stay at the park longer than that!

When you arrive at the park, tell the gate keeper you’re with the 24 Hour group - then you won’t be charged 😅

Please message an RSVP so that we have an idea of how many people to expect.

Looking forward to a great turnout for all 3 dates!
