Just in case anyone thinks they need some fancy space to practice yoga ð
Most of my mornings start on this mat, with a snowman blanket, right here, in the dark, with a cup of coffee âïļ ð§ââïļ Find your calm within the chaos ð
Chloe asked for my dismounts ð I won't lie, it can be terrifying spinning around, hanging upside-down by one leg with no hands, and then unable to get your hands back on the pole ðģ I choose the, tuck the chin, slow decent, hope for the best dismount ðĪĢ If you can make it look on purpose, bonus points ðĪŠ
Note to self: do not eat a pear on the way to pole ðģ
