ATTENTION FAMfit MEMBERS! We will be bringing back the FAMfit 21 day challenge to give everyone a little extra motivation before summer! For those who would like to participate, I will be giving full details tomorrow afternoon. The challenge starts on Monday and there will be three tiers this time around.
FAMfit 3 Week Challenge Mon May 4th
2 Legit 2 Quit 2 Week Challenge Mon May 11th
Cold Turkey 1 Week Challenge Mon May 18th
