🚀 Ready for Liftoff? Fuel Up and Join Us at the Dock! 💦🐾
The countdown is on, the launch pad is ready, and it’s time to blast off with Southern Kingdom Diving Dogs! Whether you’re aiming for a personal best, earning a new title, or reaching new heights with your canine copilot, we can’t wait to see everyone this weekend!
🚀 Pre-Launch Checklist:
☀️ Shade is limited, so be sure to bring a pop-up canopy or another way to keep your dog cool. There is plenty of room to park away from other competitors if you need to run your vehicle’s A/C between launches.
💧 Pack plenty of water for both you and your canine astronaut, along with snacks. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough pre-registrations to support a food truck this weekend, so don’t forget to bring your lunch!
⛈️ The forecast is calling for a little liquid sunshine and the possibility of a few atmospheric light shows. Mission Control’s plan is to keep our launch schedule moving and fly missions straight through whenever possible to stay ahead of the weather. If you’re scheduled to launch later in the day, don’t worry—we’ll get every team into orbit. We may simply adjust the launch sequence to stay ahead of the storms and will only pause the mission if conditions require it.
🤝 Every successful mission depends on teamwork! Please be kind to one another and to our amazing admins and judges. We’re all here because we love this sport and our dogs, and our volunteers are working hard behind the scenes to keep everything launching safely and efficiently.
⏰ Help us keep the mission on schedule by arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled splash time and being ready to check in when you arrive.
