We build upon our collective by offering invigorating reformer Pilates classes for all fitness levels at our Smyrna, GA, studio. Our mission is to ensure you feel strong inside and out, while fostering a sense of community and togetherness. With small class sizes, our warm and knowledgeable instructors are prepared to deliver quality training programs to help you maximize your wellness experience. Carriage House was created by Pilates and wellness enthusiasts Jade Kimball and Devon Barill in 2024. As best friends, Jade and Devon understand the benefit of shared experiences within your wellness routine and sought to provide a space where community and fitness intertwine. The calming earth tones of our studio and state-of-the-art equipment help you feel present and grounded in your fitness routine, while our music selection energizes you for class and the day ahead. From the moment you step through our doors, our Carriage House becomes your home - where we become stronger together.

Meet Lindsey Marcus 🤎

We’re so excited to welcome Lindsey to the Carriage House team! A longtime Pilates instructor, Lindsey discovered Pilates in 2017 while recovering from multiple foot surgeries and quickly fell in love with the method. She earned her teaching certification in 2018 and spent the past several years teaching in Dallas before making her way back home to Atlanta.

Her teaching style combines a classic Pilates structure with creative, athletic variations to keep every workout dynamic. Lindsey keeps her classes fun and high-energy - be ready for heavy doses of pop music, and don't be afraid to sing along!

Lindsey joins us on the schedule at Smyrna on Monday evenings starting today. Join us in welcoming her to our CH family!
