"Fibermaxxing" is trending everywhere right now. Good, fiber's been underrated for years. But most of what's being sold under that name is a fiber-fortified bar or powder with a health halo slapped on it.
Here's the version we actually coach, no product required:
✔️ Beans or lentils a few times a week, cheap, filling, real fiber
✔️ Fruit with the skin on, not juiced
✔️ Whole grains instead of the refined version, when you have the choice
✔️ Vegetables at more meals than just dinner
That's the whole trend, minus the marketing. No tracking, no new supplement aisle. Just real food, more often.
