✅ Weight: 240.3 lbs ➡️ 228.8 lbs (-11.5 lbs)
✅ Body Fat: 43.1% ➡️ 40.2% (-2.9%)
✅ Body Fat Mass: 103.6 lbs ➡️ 92.0 lbs (-11.6 lbs of body fat!)
✅ Lean Mass: 127.4 lbs ➡️ 129.3 lbs (+1.9 lbs of lean muscle)
✅ Subcutaneous Fat: 90.1 lbs ➡️ 80.1 lbs (-10.0 lbs)
✅ Visceral Fat Index: 22 ➡️ 14 (-8 points!)
✅ Skeletal Muscle Mass: 87.0 lbs ➡️ 88.8 lbs (+1.8 lbs)

The scale only tells part of the story. Look closely at these photos. The changes in her waist, back, arms, posture, and overall body composition are incredible. She didn't just lose weight—she lost fat while building muscle, which is exactly what we strive for.

This transformation didn't happen because of a crash diet or a quick fix. It happened because she stayed consistent, trusted the process, showed up even when it was hard, and never gave up.
