If you are getting kicked out of the GroupMe you joined, it’s because it wants you to make one “post” so it knows you’re not a bot. To make sure this doesn’t happen to you, please post a 🖤 or a 😊 in your GroupMe.

Our season is off and running starting TODAY!

Parents/Guardians,
• Please make sure you join your athletes team GroupMe for all important updates and info.
• We will have a parent meeting during the last 10 minutes of each team’s first practice. (Vanta & Lady Nyx today. Radiance & Glimmer Girls on Thursday.)
• Bring signed commitment forms to first practice. Without commitment forms, the athlete will not be able to participate. Reach out with questions!

Team placements have been handed out! YAY!

Some things to note:
• Practice doesn’t start until the week following the 4th of July. If your first practice is on a Monday, we will see you July 6th. If your first practice is on a Thursday, we will see you on July 9th.
• Please bring your signed commitment forms with you to the first practice.
• Make sure to use the QR code to join your team’s Parent/Coach GroupMe. Returners: Besides team Vanta, these are NEW GroupMe’s.
• Athletes that missed practice this week have their team placement envelopes waiting at the front desk. Please pick them up during Open Gym on Friday from 6:00-6:55 pm, or next Monday from 5:15-6:45 pm.

FINALLY! It’s here! Team placement week!

FYI for all parents/guardians:
- Each athlete will be handed an envelope containing important information at the end of their color team practice this week.
- These envelopes include their team placement, a budget breakdown for preseason costs, a QR code to join the GroupMe app, important information that needs to be strongly considered before committing, and lastly, a commitment form.
- We ask that athletes wait until they are in the car or on their way home to open their envelopes to reveal their team.
- There will be no parent meeting this week. Instead, we will hold a parent meeting at the end of each team’s first practice in July. Date and time will be specified in the athlete’s packet.
- For those that want to move forward with joining the Apex Elite family, please sign and date the commitment form and bring it to the first practice in July.
- If you have any questions that you need to ask prior to signing the commitment form, please DM us or email us at [email protected].
