The Old Lumber Company 🥎 Squad had a good season finishing Runner Up in the Wednesday Metro league. Not quite the season or ending we looked to, but as always it was a lot of fun taken the field with these fellas, plus taking home hardware is always Great to add to the case!
Huge apologies about the picture quality, not my phone, and its the only pic taken. Missing a few guys that helped us as well.

Wrapped up our 2024 regular season tonight with a pair of wins (Got our first goose egg) to finish 10-13 season record.
Wasn’t quite the season we thought we’d have, but plaqued with injuries and missing parts. It was hard to string wins together, but we turned it around a bit in the end there. We’re looking forward to the playoffs in a couple weeks, hopefully we put up a good fight.

Was a long fun day of softball. Got a quick dub and then our first L. It was a good battle but lost in extra innings 15-16, then went on a little 3 game winning streak averaging 22.3 ppg and ended our Cinderelly storie by running out of gas to lose out being 4-2 on the day. Not the results we were looking forward to, but solid days work. Salute‼️to todays OLC tourney squad.

Making strides in the right direction in league play, the boys went 1-1 tonight. First game, we fell to the jokers and pretty rugged at that with errors and misques. In that situation we can’t let negativity get us down, cause we know that’s now not the culture of softball we created. We turned it around the next game. There wasn’t as many misques and errors and we pulled out a 18-17 OT victory over the redz.
The seeds been planted and hopefully we can string some dubs together.

Missed last week’s post, so after two weeks the boys are 0-2. Thank the creator above that both weeks were single games. We plan on turning it around next week with the whole squad present in our first dbl header this season.
