Due to Duke power moving power lines this Friday, 9/18, we will have a delayed opening. We plan to open at 3pm, as long as the work is completed at that time. Please check back for any updates.

We will never forget.

Today, our members and staff took on a stair climb challenge to honor the firefighters, first responders, and civilian victims of 9/11 and the courage and sacrifice it took to climb, flight after flight, going back for as many people as they could! There are many people living today because of the deaths and sacrifices of those that day, 25 years ago.

Each 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb participant paid tribute to these first responders by climbing or walking the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center outside our rooftop patio.

343 firefighters lost their lives that day. 441 total first responders lost their lives that day. 2,977 total victims lost their lives that day.

We remember and honor you today at the YMCA of Greenville.
