I’ve had multiple students share with me heartbreaking things they are struggling with this week. I’m praying for all of you and it’s just a good reminder to stay kind because we never know what the person dancing next to us or the person who missed class is dealing with. I love you all and am sending big hugs! 🫂 These situations are also why I stress having non-judgmental/no drama classes. I want my class to be an escape for those having hard times the same way it was/is for me! It should be a safe space for all and I will always fight to keep it that way! When life is hard, we dance!
