Meet Coach Cathy – CFL2 | PNL1

Cathy’s CrossFit journey began in 2017 as a stay-at-home mom of three who was looking for something more.

Like many who walk through the doors for the first time, she didn’t love it right away. She questioned whether she belonged and wondered if she had what it took, but something kept bringing her back.

Just a few months into her journey, Cathy found out she was pregnant with baby #4 and continued training until 37 weeks. Along the way, CrossFit became so much more than fitness. It became her community, her outlet, lifelong friendships, and a place where she discovered what she was truly capable of.

In 2022, Cathy earned her CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching. Through her own experience, she realized that the missing piece wasn’t more training, it was nutrition. Learning how to properly fuel her body transformed her performance and inspired her to earn her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification.

She recently earned her CrossFit Level 2 certification, continuing to grow as a coach and better serve her athletes.

Cathy embodies everything we value at CFRS. She lives the methodology, leads by example, and is passionate about helping others build confidence, gain strength, and realize they’re capable of far more than they ever imagined. We’re incredibly excited to have her as part of the CrossFit Rivershed family🚣🌊
