Body Prayers Yoga and Massage Studio A cozy, unpretentious studio for massage , yoga, pilates, reiki and ear candling. Massage styles are swedish, shiatsu, Thai,+ myofascial release.

We offer the more traditional style of yoga which includes meditation, breathwork, and study of the yogic philosophies such as ayurveda. Rather than an athletic yoga, we offer a yoga about turning within and increasing body awareness.

Come to yoga in Shoreview (at Peace church) Tuesdays, 9:30 or 4-5:15 in circle pines (outdoors by the osprey nest south side of Golden lake elementary). Outdoor class is also at Peace in case of inclement weather.

I also offer reiki healing sessions and private aerial yoga at peace or shiatsu/Thai massage at the park or in your home.
