The heart is obviously important!
It is the determining factor of whether our blood (loaded with things our bodies depend on to stay alive) transports vital nutrients and oxygen throughout our bodies. The heart has very important roles and that being one of the most important! Because we cannot breathe without oxygen and pro-longing the lack of vital nutrients can cause organ failure.

Life happens to us all and nothing is easy! How do we know? Because if it were easy then everyone would have everything they want right now.

…However, though things can be difficult, there is something to gain where effort is given. But effort requires action be taken. And in order to do this excuses have got to be eliminated!

If you don’t succeed the first time, try again! You’re not born with mastery, you have to build it. But one thing to note is that you are improving over the course of your journey to mastery. Keep going. Try to be content with your most recent efforts, but not satisfied!
