Day 2 of our Junior Instructor Certification: our candidates ran a live kids class — warmups, drills, one-on-one coaching — then stood in line to receive what they earned.

3 new Level I Junior Assistant Instructors.

Day 1 is in the books. ✅

This weekend we ran our first Level 1 Junior Assistant Instructor Certification — part of the Next Level Instructor Development School.

These candidates already earned their place on the mats. Now they’re being tested on what matters most: the philosophy, the methodology, and the real scenarios every instructor faces — a frustrated student, an unbalanced round, a kid who loses his cool.

Teaching Jiu-Jitsu is a skill of its own. We don’t leave it to chance.

Today the oral exam. Tomorrow, the practical. 📚🥋
