IRON Sherman Oaks Golden State CrossFit is dedicated to the determination and discipline of every athlete that walks through the door.

This is not a gym, but a place that facilitates hard workers that seek to reap the rewards of discipline and dedication. Everyday is an opportunity to overcome a new challenge, and we encourage people to step into the box and let it change the way they think about getting sweaty. Introductory classes available Mondays at 7:30am, Tuesdays at 7pm, and Thursdays at 5:30pm. There is no room for egos here, just the pure rush of achieving your very best, and being surrounded by others doing the same!
