LIFE is a GAME!

The rules are simple:
• Be here now
• Be present and authentic
• No competition, but union
TOGETHER WE RISE!

Ayurveda teaches that we don’t all move through life in exactly the same way. 🌿

Its traditional framework describes three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha — each associated with different qualities, tendencies, and ways of finding balance.

🌬️ Vata — Air + Space
Creative, adaptable, quick-moving. When out of balance, Ayurvedic tradition associates it with feeling scattered, restless, or depleted.

🔥 Pitta — Fire + Water
Focused, driven, precise. When out of balance, it’s traditionally associated with excess intensity, irritability, or feeling overheated.

🌱 Kapha — Earth + Water
Steady, nurturing, grounded. When out of balance, it’s traditionally associated with heaviness, sluggishness, or feeling stuck.

Most people aren’t just one. Ayurveda traditionally describes each person as having their own combination, often with one or two more dominant doshas.

Which sounds most like you — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha? 👇

Your jaw might not be the only place you’re holding tension. Your tongue can be part of the pattern too. 👅🌿

Notice where your tongue is resting right now. Then try this gentle reset:

Press the tip of your tongue lightly toward the roof of your mouth, slowly open your jaw only as far as feels comfortable, hold for a few seconds, then release.

No forcing. No straining. Just notice what changes.

Sometimes a tiny moment of awareness is enough to remind the jaw, neck, and shoulders that they don’t have to stay clenched all day. 💚

Where was your tongue before reading this — floor or roof? 👇

Sometimes the shift doesn’t come from pushing deeper. It comes from staying, breathing, and giving the body time. 🌿

Pigeon Pose is a perfect reminder: less forcing, more listening. Find a position you can breathe in, support yourself where needed, and allow the pose to soften gradually.

Your body doesn’t need more pressure. It needs patience. 💚

Before the phone. Before the coffee. Before the day starts asking things from you. 🌿

Give your spine 2 minutes of Cat-Cow.

Move slowly. Let your breath lead. Inhale into Cow, exhale into Cat, and give your body a gentler transition from sleep into movement.

No perfect morning routine required. Just 2 minutes before the world gets your attention. 💚

7 nights. 10 minutes. Legs up the wall. 🌙

No complicated routine. Just one simple evening ritual repeated consistently.

Lie down, put your legs up the wall, close your eyes, and breathe slowly. Give yourself 10 quiet minutes before bed and notice how your evenings begin to feel.

Don’t chase a result. Just create the ritual.

Try it for 7 nights and tell us what changes. 💚

Day one is rarely impressive.

You wobble. You struggle. You wonder if you’re improving.

Then one day, the pose holds. The habit feels natural. The thing that once felt impossible becomes familiar.

“One day” is just a lot of “day ones” stacked together.

Keep showing up. 🌿

I’m incredibly proud of how naturally she feels and repeats so many movements at just two years old. Sometimes I look at her form and I’m amazed myself. 🤍

But perfect form has never been our goal.

What matters much more to me is that through movement, she gets to know her own body. That she learns to feel it, control it, discover what it can do, and gradually find her own way of moving.

I can show her how.
But only she can feel it.
