Did you know that turning your palm upward is called hand supination? 🤔

This movement may seem simple, but it plays an important role in many everyday activities—from holding objects to reaching and positioning the hand.

In this demonstration, Lilly and Craig work through hand supination with focused, guided practice. Like many movements, repetition and continued support can be an important part of working toward functional goals.

When every repetition counts, We Keep YOU Going. 💪

🔴 Shining a Light on Recovery

Lily is using red light therapy as part of her recovery journey at Moving With HOPE.

Red light therapy may help support cellular energy, circulation, and the body’s natural recovery processes—making it a promising addition to neuro-recovery programs for people living with brain and spinal cord injuries.

At Moving With HOPE, we continue exploring innovative approaches that support people as they work toward meaningful recovery goals.

When recovery goals need more time, We Keep YOU Going.
